Loading... Please wait...As long as you have a working broadband (Internet) connection we can support you remotely. We do this by securely logging into your machine. We can then control your machine to either fix a problem you are having or simply show you how to do something.
We charge £20 per 20 minute period and if we can't fix your problem remotely we will ask you to drop the machine off with us and will take £20 off the total repair bill.
