I bought this product because I wanted to get the photos I'd taken, off my mobile phone and I didn't have anything that would do that. It was easy to load the product onto the computer but I found it a bit tricky working out how to get the photos from my phone to my PC (probably because I'm not too technically minded). I would of liked a user manual to come with it but I couldn't see one. Once I'd contacted the Technology company though I was able to get the help I needed and the photos are now on my PC.
